• Where is the store based?

• Hours of Operations

  Our business hours are starting from Monday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but you can place your order during the weekend.

  We welcome advance orders for any special occasion, be it events, birthday parties, or otherwise.

  For any weekend dessert requests, kindly message us with a detailed description and we'll do our utmost to meet your needs. Our goal is to deliver outstanding service, one client at a time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most Bow'Tealful sweet treats are available SAME DAY if placed before 10:AM.

  Examples: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Candied Grapes, Dessert Shooters, 1dz to 3dz Cupcakes (Vanillia, Strawberry & Oreao Crunch), Fruit Platters, & Dessert Personal Pans.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International shipping is NOT available. There is absolutely NO SHIPPING at all. Sorry for the inconvenience.

• Do you Deliver?

  That's right, we deliver DELISOUNESS straight to your door. We're located, West of Baltimore, MD 21229 and catering to surrounding areas ONLY.

  Local pick-up and delivery are the only options for our desserts. We do not offer shipping.

  Check the distance from my location in Baltimore, MD 21229 on Google Maps. Delivering within a 20-mile radius. Anything further will need to be picked up.

• Payments

  Storenvy keeps your payment information secure. Bow'Tealful never receive your credit card information. So you can shop with confidence.

  We DO NOT ACCEPT cash on delivery. All moneys are due in full at the time of purchasing.
